The policy

All papers published in eaiou are freely available to read without subscription, registration, or payment. There are no author processing charges (APCs) in Phase 1.

What open access means here

• Full paper text is publicly readable without login
• Abstract and metadata are always public
• AI disclosure is always public
• No paywall, no embargo period

What open access does not mean

Open access applies to reading. Submission during Phase 1 is invite-only. The quality review process is not publicly visible until an editorial decision is made. Reviewer identities are not disclosed.
